The warranty period is 24 months, starting on the date of purchase. The warranty includes repair of production failures and does not include exchanging or taking the Joolz pushchair back.
The warranty can only be granted when the consumer, together with the defected product, shares the following:
1) completely filled out warranty card,
2) copy of purchase receipt and,
3) clear description of the defect.
Potential repairs do not extend the warranty period.
